FISIP UIN Jakarta Receives Visit from UIN Bandung

Main Meeting Room, FISIP Online – The Faculty of Social and Political Sciences (FISIP) at UIN Jakarta received a visit from guests representing FISIP UIN Bandung, led by Prof. Adon Nasurullah Jamaludin, Vice Dean I of FISIP Bandung, on Wednesday (12/20/2023). The meeting took place in the Main Meeting Room of the FISIP UIN Jakarta campus.

The delegation was warmly welcomed by the Dean of FISIP, Prof. Dr. Dzuriyatun Toyibah, Dr. Iding Rosyidin (Vice Dean for Academic Affairs), Dr. Cucu Nurhayati (Vice Dean for General Administration), Dr. Agus Nilmada Azmi (Vice Dean for Student Affairs), Dr. Suryani (Head of Political Science Study Program), and Siti Sugiarti, M.A (Head of Administration at FISIP UIN Jakarta), along with their respective teams.

The purpose of the visit was not only to strengthen relationships but also to explore potential collaborations between the faculties and, specifically, between the programs of both universities

Dean of FISIP UIN Jakarta, Prof. Dzuriyatun Toyibah, in her address, introduced the academic community present and highlighted some focal points of attention for FISIP UIN Jakarta, such as International Accreditation, the management of FISIP journals, the opening of the Master's Program in Sociology, and the Master's Program in Political Science.

During the same occasion, Prof. Adon Nasurullah expressed gratitude for the warm welcome extended by the host. He stated that the purpose of the visit was to explore collaboration in research, publications, teaching, and the MBKM curriculum system at FISIP UIN Jakarta.

"Additionally, we also aim to learn a lot about faculty governance," he added.

Subsequently, the event continued with a discussion moderated by Vice Dean for Academic Affairs of FISIP UIN Jakarta, Dr. Iding Rosyidin. Many insights were uncovered during the discussion, including issues faced by the programs, such as the systemic implementation of MBKM, accreditation, and others.
