Workshop on Preparation for the Implementation of Independent Learning Campus (MBKM)

FISIP Online,  Faculty of Social and Political Sciences is holding a workshop for lecturers which will be held on 27-29 July 2022 at the Aston Sentul hotel, Bogor. The theme of this workshop is "Strengthening the MBKM Curriculum Towards the Era of Society 5.0".

This event invited speakers, namely Dr. Alim Setiawan, STP, M.Sc. (FEM Bogor Agricultural Institute). A glance at the profile of the resource person, who is a permanent lecturer at the Resource and Environmental Economics study program, Bogor Agricultural Institute. Alim is one of the IPB lecturers who designed the MBKM curriculum system. This event was attended by FISIP lecturers such as Prof. Dr. Saiful Mujani, MA., Dr. Burhanuddin Muhtadi, MA. And Adi Prayitno, MIP.

Starting the event with remarks from the Dean of FISIP UIN Jakarta Prof. Dr. Ali Munhanif MA. Yang said that this workshop event was an opportunity for the lecturers to get together after not meeting for 2 years due to the COVID-19 pandemic and to formulate a system and implement the MBKM curriculum in the new academic year 2022/2023.

The event continued with a material presentation by Alim explaining the development and implementation of the MBKM curriculum at university and faculty levels. "Lecturers must design the stages of development of the Higher Education Curriculum to support the implementation of BKP-MBKM in accordance with KKNI & SN-Dikti with an innovative, adaptive and collaborative OBE approach," said Alim. After the resource person finished presenting the material, souvenirs were given from the Dean of FISIP.

Then the event continued at a commission meeting to discuss the MBKM curriculum and update the RPS for courses in each study program. At the end of the event there was a plenary session where the heads of study programs explained the results of the commission meeting and the workshop was closed by the Dean of FISIP.
