FISIP Online, DEMA FISIP UIN Jakarta held an Upgrading activity for DEMA, SEMA and HMPS Management with the theme "Improving the Quality of SEMA, DEMA and HMPS FISIP UIN Jakarta Management and Optimizing Academic, Administrative and Student Affairs Knowledge in Accordance with the Faculty's Vision and Mission". This activity was held on Monday, July 4 2022 at the Prof. Auditorium. Bahtiar Effendy and attended by administrators of DEMA, SEMA, and HMPS FISIP UIN Jakarta.

This activity was carried out with the aim of conveying and improving leadership skills and abilities regarding campus administration in the secretarial field, such as secretarial procedures, bureaucratic flow of correspondence, mechanisms for preparing proposals for licensing mechanisms for activities, and the field of administrative management as well as mechanisms for preparing and managing finances within the scope of FISIP UIN Jakarta.

This activity was opened by remarks from the Dean of FISIP, Mr. Prof. Dr. Ali Munhanif, MA, Ph. D. Implementation of the Upgrading activities for the DEMA, SEMA, and HMPS FISIP UIN Jakarta Management is divided into 3 sessions, including: • Session 1: Presentation of material on Academic Relations with Student Organizations by Mr. Dr. A. Bakir Ihsan, M. Si • Session 2: Presentation of General Administration Material by Mrs. Dr. Dzuriyatun Toyibah, M. Si. • Session 3: More Comprehensive Presentation of Administrative Material by Mrs. Dra. Faojah, MA
