On Tuesday, June 14 2022, the Student Senate of the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences for the 2022-2023 term held a face-to-face Working Meeting at FISIP UIN Jakarta. This year's SEMA FISIP Working Meeting also invited Dr. Agus Nilmada Azmi, M.Si as Deputy Dean for Student Affairs, Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta, gave a speech. He advised that, SEMA FISIP can carry out its duties and functions well and can hold quality and sustainable work programs using an extraordinary approach to make FISIP UIN Jakarta better.

This Working Meeting was chaired by Nada Kamilah as chairman of SEMA FISIP for the 2022-2023 term. A total of 15 administrators were present to carry out the work meeting. The agenda discussed was the duties and functions of the Student Senate, and the work program plans of the Daily Management Body (BPH) along with the commissions at SEMA FISIP, namely the Law and Legislation Commission, the Supervision Commission, the Advocacy and Aspiration Commission and the Commission. Institutional Sector. BPH and these four commissions discussed the programs they wanted to implement. There are many suggestions from each administrator regarding the programs that will be implemented. This is useful for creating quality and innovative activities that will be carried out during the future management period. Every program presented by BPH and every commission always takes into account the decisions of each other member and is in accordance with the aspirations of the students of the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences. Various work program plans were submitted, having the same goal, namely to maximize the performance of the Student Senate of the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences as a forum for student aspirations and supervisor of executive organizations at FISIP UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta.

There are challenges being faced, namely the current conditions which are a transition period from the pandemic period that humanity has been experiencing for almost two years. This encourages the management of SEMA FISIP UIN Jakarta to innovate to design work programs which can revive enthusiasm and continue to maximize benefits for FISIP UIN Jakarta students as well as trying to build communication and relationships between students and the dean.

The aim of holding a Working Meeting that upholds Deliberation and Consensus is of course expected to be able to bring about a better Faculty of Social and Political Sciences by accommodating the aspirations of FISIP students as well as being able to help and improve the academics of FISIP students through potential programs that will be held during the management period. The closing of the SEMA Working Meeting was closed with a group photo session to be uploaded on the SEMA FISIP UIN Jakarta Instagram as proof of the work report. The FISIP UIN Jakarta Student Senate hopes that the programs agreed upon at this Working Meeting can lead students and FISIP UIN Jakarta in a better direction.
