On Monday, February 8 2021, the DEMA FISIP UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta Working Meeting for the 2020-2021 management period was held, which was held via Zoom Meetings. The Working Meeting was chaired by Muhammad Nur Hidayatullah as Chair of DEMA, and Alifia Nurul Fajriyanti as Deputy Chair of DEMA. A total of 83 management members were present to carry out the Working Meeting. The agenda discussed at the meeting was the cabinet's vision and mission, superior programs, as well as work program plans for 8 ministries for the next period. Still in continuity with the ideas of the Chair and Deputy Chair during the campaign, this time the management period of the DEMA FISIP Cabinet was given the name "Simple Cita Cabinet", which means a knot about a shared dream that is not easily separated, interconnected and close. The meeting was also attended by the FISIP UIN Jakarta Student Senate Supervisory Commission, Muhammad Arief Maulana. He conveyed several things related to the relationship between DEMA and SEMA, as well as the hope that DEMA could become an intra-FISIP organization that complies with the administrative rules and provisions contained in the AD/ART.

The Working Meeting takes place from 10.00-17.00, a lot of time is needed for the Daily Management Body and 8 Ministries to present the Work Program plan, and discuss it with all management members. There were many conflicting opinions and differences in viewpoints among the meeting participants, but everything could be conveyed and communicated very well, so as to reach an agreement that was agreed to by all parties. Various work program plans were submitted by each Ministry, which had different focuses. However, all the various work program plans still have the same goal, namely to maximize the position of DEMA FISIP UIN Jakarta as an intra-campus organization that is active in providing both academic and non-academic facilities to FISIP students.

Another thing that is the main focus of discussion is the pandemic condition which still requires students to study online . On the one hand, it can be said that this condition is an obstacle, because there are many planned work programs that can only be implemented offline . However, this actually encourages management members to innovate in designing work programs that can be carried out online , while still maximizing the benefits that can be obtained by FISIP students.

Apart from focusing on FISIP students, in this year's management, DEMA FISIP UIN Jakarta is also trying to build relationships and transparent communication between students and the dean. Space for aspirations and evaluations from FISIP students will always be accommodated, and distributed to the ranks of the Dean of FISIP UIN Jakarta through the Student and Dean Communication Forum (FKMD) to find common ground and solutions that bring goodness to both parties.

Until the closing, the chairman of the meeting and all members of the DEMA FISIP UIN Jakarta management for the 2020-2021 period both agreed to carry out the planned work program optimally and precisely. By holding this Working Meeting, it is hoped that it can be a good start to strengthen ties and a sense of kinship between members of the DEMA FISIP UIN Jakarta management for the 2020-2021 period.
