The Political Science Study Program Student Association or known as HIMAPOL has finished carrying out the Work Meeting (Raker) agenda on Monday 8 February 2021 which started at 08.00 WIB. The entire agenda was carried out online using zoom meeting media as an effort to maintain health in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic. Using online media is the best option at this time considering that the rate of transmission of Covid-19 is still difficult to control. This long-distance meeting also makes it easier for HIMAPOL administrators who are outside Jabodetabek to continue to actively participate in the Raker agenda.

Even though it was carried out online, the series of agendas were still carried out perfectly (without anything being postponed) like a face-to-face working meeting in general. The HIMAPOL working meeting begins with an opening, then followed by speeches, reading of the Divine Word, a preliminary session led by a temporary presidium to ratify the rules of the working meeting and determine a permanent presidium, ratification of the GBHO, a plenary session (led by a permanent presidium) which aims to agree on the work program during the next period, a plenary session, closing prayer, and a group photo session (relying on the screenshot feature on the laptop).

The speech was also delivered by Mr. Iding Rosyiddin as Head of the Political Science Study Program (Kaprodi) at UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta. Mr. Iding gave advice as a form of encouragement for the HIMAPOL administrators who had been appointed. Mr. Iding also reminded HIMAPOL management not to need to hold too many work programs, not to kill the spirit of optimism, but rather to consider realistic considerations and effectiveness of implementation. The most important thing is that all work programs can be carried out optimally and this year's management is successful in carrying out its mandate as Mr. Iding hopes.

This work meeting ended at 14.30 WIB, marked by the reading of prayers led by elected officers and closing by the MC. Erwanda Saputra, as General Chair of HIMAPOL 2020/2021 also gave a closing statement as a form of hope and message to all HIMAPOL administrators to be fully committed to carrying out their mandate until the end of their management.

"Let's go forward and rebuild students' trust in HIMAPOL UIN Jakarta. Let's work together better for HIMAPOL and for our beloved campus. Let us not assume how important it is to be a great person, or how great it is to be an important person. But let us be patriots, unsung student heroes. "Let's fight together, friends," said Erwanda.
