FISIP UIN Jakarta Strengthen it’s Collaboration With FISIP UIN Aceh

FISIP Online – Faculty of Social and Political Science (FISIP) UIN Jakarta receives academic visit from FISIP UIN Ar-Raniry Aceh, Thursday (11/23/2023) held at Main Meeting Room of FISIP UIN Jakarta.

The delegation led by the Dean of FISIP UIN Aceh, Muji Mulia, was warmly received by the Dean of FISIP UIN Jakarta, Prof. Dzuriyatun Toyibah, accompanied by the Vice Deans, Heads of Study Program, and the Head of the General Affairs Team.

Muji Mulia, in his address, mentioned that besides maintaining the good relationship between two institutions, the visit is also related to the conclusion of the Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) between FISIP UIN Aceh and FISIP UIN Jakarta, set to expire in December this year.

Muji stated that the good relationship between the two institutions has been long-standing. This is evidenced by the intensive communication between the faculty members of FISIP UIN Aceh and FISIP UIN Jakarta regarding the exchange of ideas and concepts.

“In addition, we also aim to conduct benchmarking. We want to see the progress, especially in terms of the development of academic culture that generates various new ideas that we can adopt,” he said.

Responding to this, Dean of FISIP UIN Jakarta Prof. Dzuriyatun Toyibah stated that collaboration between universities is crucial and serves as a fundamental foundation in the development of higher education.

Furthermore, she added, collaboration between universities is also useful for addressing various issues within institutions, whether at the local, national, or international level.

“Therefore, it is hoped that this collaboration can bring many benefits to both parties,” said Prof Dzuriyatun.

The event was then concluded with the signing of the Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) by the Dean of FISIP UIN Aceh, Dr. Muji Mulia, and the Dean of FISIP UIN Jakarta, Prof. Dzuriyatun Toyibah.

The scope of the Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) signed by both institutional leaders includes several aspects, such as organizing joint academic activities, exchanging faculty and students, human resource development, and collaborative research.
