The Faculty of Social and Political Sciences at UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta held a Forum Discussion Group (FGD) with the Indonesian National Human Rights Commission which was held on Friday, 23 June 2023 at 13.30 – 15.30 WIB. This event took place in the FISIP UIN Jakarta Meeting Room which was attended by the Faculty Deans from UIN Jakarta, the FISIP UIN Jakarta academic community and the ranks of the Indonesian National Human Rights Commission with great enthusiasm. The theme of this event is "Request for Input on Optimizing National Human Rights Center for the Promotion and Enforcement of Human Rights".

Prof. Dr. Dzuriyatun Toyibah, M.Si., MA. As the Dean of FISIP UIN Jakarta, he warmly welcomed the FGD event with the Indonesian National Human Rights Commission. The representatives from Komnas HAM who attended were Anis Hidayah, SH., MH. (Sub Commission for the Advancement of Human Rights), Saurlin P Siagian, S.Sos., MA. (Commissioner for Studies and Research) and other Komnas HAM Teams.

The aim of this activity is to establish cooperation in the utilization and optimization of the National Human Rights Information System platform in the work of promoting and enforcing human rights as well as disseminating human rights insight and human rights awareness.

This activity is an Exploration of Cooperation and FGD on optimizing the National Human Resources Center Information System as well as disseminating human rights insight and human rights awareness through the use of the National Human Resources Center Information System of National Human Resources Center.

The Pusdahamnas information system aims to provide an electronic-based information system for receiving, managing, processing and utilizing data, documents and information as well as developing human resource networks in the field of human rights that are easily accessible and disability friendly. For this reason, it is important for Komnas HAM to get input both in terms of content and application from various parties, including input from UIN Jakarta.
