On Tuesday, 13 June 2023 FISIP held an Employee Upgrading Workshop in order to improve excellent academic and general administration services. This activity was held at the Arosa Hotel, Bintaro for a full day from morning to evening.

The theme of this workshop is Optimizing Services for PTN BH . UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta will carry out a transformation from a Public Service Agency (BLU) to a Legal Entity State University (PTN BH). To get to PTN BH, FISIP UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta is making preparations by improving academic services and general administration.

The resource person presented at the employee upgrading workshop was Yogi Widianto, S.Si (Arsul Consulting) and moderated by Marniza Fitri, S.Sos (FISIP UIN Jakarta).

The event was attended and opened by the Dean of FISIP Prof. Dr. Dzuriyatun Toyibah, MA, who encouraged employee upgrading to bring about innovations in optimizing administrative services. Meanwhile, Deputy Dean for General Administration Dr. Cucu Nurhayati, M.Si, provided guidance regarding services that could be facilitated for lecturers and students.

After that, the resource person provided an explanation of the Education Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). According to Yogi, SOP plays a very important role in optimizing the learning process and providing a quality educational experience.

All leaders and FISIP employees seemed enthusiastic and enthusiastic about participating in this workshop. After participating in this activity, it is hoped that FISIP will have SOPs that meet the standards of ISO 21001:2015 (Quality Management System) and ISO 21001:2018 (Educational Organization Management System).
