FISIP Online,  Faculty of Social and Political Sciences (FISIP) UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta held a Coordination Meeting with the theme "Preparation for Offline Lectures and Preparation for Work Meetings". This event will take place on Thursday 14 April 2022 at the Prof. Auditorium. Bahtiar Effendy, Faculty of Social and Political Sciences building.

Participants in this meeting were the Deputy Deans, Heads of Study Programs, Study Program Secretaries, and FISIP UIN Jakarta staff. This meeting was held to discuss what is needed to conduct face-to-face lectures, even though it has been 2 years since holding online and hybrid lectures due to the COVID-19 pandemic. This event was moderated by the Deputy Dean for General Administration Dr. Dzuriyatun Toyibah, M.Si., MA.

The Dean of FISIP gave a speech at this event by supporting face-to-face lecture activities by implementing health protocols. "For lecturers, students and staff, it is deemed necessary to implement strict health protocols when lectures start going offline and do not hesitate to reprimand those who violate health protocols in the FISIP building," said the Dean.

After the Dean gave his speech, a discussion session was opened to discuss the mechanism of face-to-face lectures by listening to suggestions from each meeting participant. "It is necessary to determine when face-to-face lectures will start, don't suddenly notify students because those from outside Jabodetabek need time to look for a boarding house around campus," said Bakir as Deputy Dean for Academic Affairs. After discussing preparations for face-to-face lectures, we continued with discussing preparations for the faculty work meeting where an agreement was reached that the work meeting would be held after Eid at the end of May 2022.

After the meeting, the leaders and staff continued to break the fast together.
