FISIP UIN Jakarta received an invitation from DAAD (Deutscher Akademischer Austauschdienst) to participate in the IDC along with 30 universities in the Southeast Asian region. This program aims to discuss various important topics related to the internationalization of higher education, as well as build strategic cooperation between institutions to implement Project Action Planning (PAP). In the forum, participants shared experiences and best practices regarding conflict management and quality management that they have implemented in their respective universities.

As part of its participation, FISIP UIN Jakarta formulated a PAP that focuses on developing reputable international publications. This plan includes a target for every lecturer in FISIP to have at least one international publication and more collaborative activities with universities, both domestically and abroad.

The main objectives of the IDC in Vietnam are as follows: (1) strengthen international cooperation to support internationalization and increase international recognition of educational institutions, (2) establish cooperation with 30 universities that are members of the IDC forum coordinated by DAAD.

(3) strengthening the academic reputation of FISIP UIN Jakarta to support efforts to improve its status in the QS World University Rankings.(Abrori/Tries)
