FISIP Online – Alan Pasaribu, Sociology Study Program Student, Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta, won first place for Best Essay in the Student Creativity competition organized by the Association of Indonesian Sociology Study Programs (APSSI) in 2023.

Alan managed to beat other participants who took part in the Student Creativity competition in the Best Essay category. He wrote an essay entitled "Is a Change of Government an Economic Movement?" .

Responding to that, the Head of the Sociology Study Program, Dr. Joharotul Jamilah, M.Si congratulated Alan Pasaribu on the achievements. According to him, this achievement shows the ability of FISIP UIN Jakarta students to compete at the national level.

This competition activity is routinely held every year by the Association of Indonesian Sociology Study Programs (APSSI) as a sign of the existence of students to continue working.
